Two apps want the same traders. Pick a side.

pump.fun’s own mobile app and FOMO both let people trade pump.fun coins from their phone, and both want to be where traders go first. On Appdrop every coin picks one of them at launch, and its creator fees go to the people who bought it there.

How a coin picks its side

The launcher chooses the app. That choice is written into the coin and cannot change, so the coin’s whole life is a bet on one app’s crowd.

1

Pick the app

The pump.fun app or FOMO. Then the pair, the name, ticker, image and your dev buy.

2

Launch on pump.fun

Your own wallet signs. The coin is created on pump.fun with its fee split locked in pump.fun’s fee sharing, and the admin is revoked so nobody can change it.

3

Its app buyers earn

From the first trade, the coin’s creator fees build up for the people who bought it in that app, and payouts go to their wallets automatically.

Where every creator fee goes

The launcher gets no share. pump.fun’s own trading fees apply as usual and are set by pump.fun.

The $APPD side

Appdrop’s share buys $APPD on the market and burns it. Each buy and each burn is a public transaction on the $APPD mint. Until $APPD is live, the share collects and waits.

What counts as an app buy

Both apps leave a public mark on the trades they send. Appdrop reads each buy for the mark of the coin’s app and credits the wallet that received the coins.

Counts

  • pump.fun app: the trade calls the app’s own program.
  • FOMO: FOMO’s relayer pays the network fee and signs alongside the buyer.
  • Buying more in the same app adds to your share.

Does not count

  • Buys in the other app, on the pump.fun website, in terminals or bots.
  • The launcher’s dev buy.
  • Coins sent to you from another wallet, and failed trades.

How payouts work

Amount held, times time held

Your share is what you bought in the app and still hold, multiplied by how long you held it. Sell some and it drops for good; it does not come back if you buy elsewhere.

Paid automatically

Each coin’s payout wallet sends a round once its pot is worth sending, at most every few minutes. Nothing to do on your side.

Small shares wait

A share too small to be worth a transaction keeps its weight and is paid in a later round. Nothing is lost.

Token pairs pay in the token

A coin paired with a token pump.fun accepts, such as USDC, pays its app buyers in that token, under the same rules.

Check it yourself

The fee split

pump.fun’s fee-sharing account for each coin names the payout wallet and Appdrop’s wallet, with the admin revoked.

Every round

Each coin’s rounds page lists every credited app buy with its transaction, and every payout with each wallet’s weight.

Every burn

The $APPD buys and burns are listed on the Stats page, each with its transaction.

The split is enforced by pump.fun on chain. Deciding who is in each round is done by Appdrop’s server from public chain data, and every input is published so anyone can recompute a round.

Back an app. Launch a coin.

Your coin, your pick of crowd, and every fee it earns goes back to them.
